Rework invades Athens!!
Μετά το άκρως επιτυχημένο Pre-reworks στο Λονδίνο τον Μάρτη το Reworks παρουσιάζεται τον Απρίλιο στην Αθήνα που είναι ο επόμενος σταθμός του Pre-reworks tour. Και τι καλύτερο από την παρουσίαση για πρώτη φορά στην Ελλάδα τω&nu ; μοναδικών Life + Death!

Life + Death… ένα ιδιαίτερο πρότζεκτ, μας έρχεται από την Ιταλία και μόλις με 4 κυκλοφορίες ακούγεται παντού. Ποιος δεν έχει χορέψει με τα remix τους στο “Εvery minute alone” των WhoMadeWho ή στα “Soft” και “Baby come back” των Pillow Talk.
Mε μια σκοτεινή ποπ και house κατεύθυνση αλλά και στοιχεία από ψυχεδέλεια και ντίσκο, οι ίδιοι δηλώνουν ότι η δημιουργούν μελωδικά κομμάτια με επιρροές από την ιταλική cosmic disco και την Αμερικάνο-Βρεταν&iota ;κή new wave & indie αισθητική χωρίς ωστόσο να αναβιώνουν παλιούς ήχους, αλλά δημιουργώντας καινούργιους. Ήδη με την κυκλοφορία τους “Step aside” στην Visionquest βρέθηκαν στα προτεινόμενα singles του 2011. Ποιοι είναι όμως οι Life and Death?
Μα το δίδυμο των Tale Of Us με τον Dj Tennis φυσικά. Οι Τale Of Us δεν χρειάζονται πλέον ιδιαίτερες συστάσεις. Ίσως το πιο καυτό όνομα μέσα στο 2011 στον χώρο της house & Techno το σίγουρο είναι ότι ότι κυκλοφορούν γίνεται χρυσός. Πο ιος δεν χόρεψε το “Dark Song” ή το “Winds of Change” άλλωστε. Τα remixes τους στους We Love, Audiofly, Gus Gus κ.α. τους καθιέρωσαν στα must ονόματα – ρεμίξερς τη στιγμή που οι εμφανίσεις τους γίνονται sold out παντού. Το παζλ έρχεται και κλείνει ο Dj Tennis. Με μια ιστορία 15 ετών στην μουσική σκηνή της Ιταλίας σίγουρα έχει να πει πολλά στην βραδιά.
Εκεί θα είναι και ο Ison ο οποίος επιστρέφει στην Αθήνα μετά την εμφάνιση του τον Μάρτιο σε μια φανταστική βραδιά μαζί με τον Βίτον γιορτάζοντας την κυκλοφορία του νέου σιγκλ των Actor One με τίτλο “Building Strike” στ&et a;ν Kindisch. Εκεί θα είναι και οι Αθηναίοι Djs Wagner JR και Arche οι οποίοι εμφανίζονται για πρώτη φορά σε Pre-reworks.

After the incredible night we had on the Pre-reworks event in London on March 6th, Reworks travels in April to Athens its next stop. And we are happy to present for the first time in Greece a special showcase from Life + Death!
A unique project which comes from Italy Life + Death have released 4 super singles which hammer the soundsystems all around the globe. Who hasn’ t dance on their remixes on “Εvery minute alone” of WhoMadeWho or to their treatments on “Soft” and “Baby come back” of Pillow Talk.Maintaing a dark pop and house direction they state that they create melodic tracks with influences from the Italian cosmic disco and the US/UK new wave and indie scene without reviving old sounds but instead creating new ones. But who are Life + Death?
Tales of Us need no further introduction. Perhaps the hottest name in 2011 in the House & Techno scene whatever they put their hands on, transmits into gold. Everybody sang and dance throughout the year the “Dark Song” and the “Winds of Change”. Their remixes on We Love, Audiofly, Gus Gus etc have placed them among the must-remixers of the year while their performances guarantee packed floors. Add to the puzzle also DJ Tennis with a history of 15 years on the electronic dance scene and Life + Death are ready to fly.
Ison will be there too whom returns in Athens after his successful party with Viton celebrating the new release of Actor one titled “Building Strike” on Kindisch recs. Plus the Athenian djs Wagner JR and Arche who are playing for the first time ever on the Pre-reworks.
